Alan Wendt - I stand behind my work

Buying a home is a major investment of time, energy, and money.

A home inspector can help you make informed choices based on a knowledgeable analysis of your home and premises.

When choosing a home inspector, look for someone who is:
  • Experienced and Knowledgeable
  • Licensed and Bonded
  • Trustworthy and Reliable

Locally owned and operated, WENDT HOME INSPECTIONS can help you make informed decisions and maximize your investment.

You will get the advantage of the owner's experience and background, including:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Arts Education and 25 years of experience teaching construction, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Graduate of the rigorous and extensive Sonoran Desert Institute Home Inspection Program.
  • Member of the Inter-National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and as a member complies with their Code of Ethics and Continuing Education policies.
  • Continuing Education classes completed (over 200 hours): 25 Standards Every Inspector Should Know; Attic, Insulation, Ventilation and Interior; Customer Service and Communication; Deck Inspections; How to Inspect for Moisture Intrusion; How to Inspect the Exterior; How to Perform Residential Electrical Inspections; residential Plumbing Overview; Roof Inspection; Safe Practices for the Home Inspector; Structural Issues for Home Inspectors; How to Inspect Pools; Home Scene Investigation; Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps; Foundation & Geotech Issues; I-Joist & Engineered Wood Beams; High Efficiency Gas Furnaces; and I am always adding more!

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort.

This I promise you.
